Our goal is to continually improve Efficient QMS™ and add new features. To make your transition to eQMS as effortless as possible, we offer unlimited technical support for 90 days after purchase of the software and we provide installation guidance for you or your IT guru by phone and email. After 90 days, technical support may be purchased annually or by individual support event. In less than a day you can learn to administer Efficient QMS™ for your business.

eQMS Individual Support Event:
We find that most problems are caused by Internet or User interactions that are outside the control of the software, such as changes to internet web host or internal network server settings, typographical errors and incorrect HTML. If your "event" is actually a bug in the software we will refund this support charge.
