Business operations are a system of processes...
A quality management system (QMS) is a system of processes with inputs and outputs from several sources inside and outside the Company. After identifying organizational support functions and product realization processes that affect quality, a Company should develop process maps to help employees and Customers understand the interaction of inputs and outputs. A myriad of content should be included in procedures to describe each process that affects quality as an aid to define the organization's planned arrangements for processing.
